The mid-term meeting was held in Lisbon on May 30–31 and hosted by Sport Evolution Alliance. During the two-day meeting, partners reviewed the progress of activities and discussed challenges encountered in engaging migrant and refugee participants, particularly building trust with families and local communities.
The consortium exchanged good practices and agreed on the next steps, including the development of a video documentary and a practical toolkit on organising educational workshops.
On the second day, Associazione Popoli Insieme delivered a training session on migration topics and presented practical methods for conducting inclusion workshops for both children and adults. Partners also explored interactive tools and confirmed that each organisation will organise at least four workshops (two for children and two for sports professionals) between August and December 2025.
